I
hope you are all enjoying the summer. School's out, the days are long, in the
northern hemisphere anyway, and the summer beckons.
I
will be doing a little traveling, and then spend the rest of the summer at
home.
There
are some exciting knitting projects that I'm working on.
I'm
knitting these comfy-cozy worsted
weight socks, for publication this winter.
These
socks will be a super-quick knit in worsted weight yarn, and will be ever so
cozy to wear when lounging around in the winter time.
Second
project, I am working to finish off this three-color shawl,
I just have the edging to finish.
Third,
I am in progress on this new shawl
design, using a gorgeous gradient set from dragonfly Yarns.
It
will be the same shape as my popular Pistachio Ice Cream shawl, but will have some new
and different twists to it.
And
lastly, this set of yarn, pink and gray gradient sets, are destined to become
another shawl design. These are from Blue Moon Fiber Arts. If the timing works
out, the pink will highlight October, Breast Cancer month, with its pink ribbon
theme. Stay tuned!
I'm
still making project bags in my
Etsy shop. Here are some of the latest additions.
